Brief:

One of Europe’s leading sustainable energy suppliers, NIBE, wanted to develop a full PPC strategy in order to drive customer enquiries through their website and build brand awareness. NIBE’s existing PPC strategy was ineffective and out-dated and they needed the ability to track and report to evaluate PPC performance.

What we did:

RDM started with a forecast of required budgets and potential results to show NIBE exactly what they could achieve with an effective PPC campaign in place. Targeted PPC campaigns were built using careful keyword research and ad text creation to meet best practice and ensure campaigns operated effectively. To ensure maximum conversions, we developed a landing page for specific product areas. We implemented end to end tracking enabling ROI reporting and optimisation as well as a full suite of reports.

The Results:

By using relevant, high impact text ads, RDM generated a 14x uplift in click through rate. Ongoing bid optimisation resulted in a 50% reduction in cost per click and we have consistently exceeded forecasted enquiry volumes.

They partnered with RDM to manage all aspects of SEO including the launch of a brand new website, content marketing, link building and technical management. Blinds Direct Online wanted to increase SEO visibility, organic revenue and organic traffic.

What we did:

RDM developed a content plan based on the customer journey to provide useful and relevant information at every stage, helping to maximise conversions, organic rankings and brand awareness. Alongside the content plan, we ran supporting marketing campaigns utilising paid social, PPC and email. We also completed ongoing technical changes and developed a full suite of keyword tracking and reporting.

The Results:

Blinds Direct Online have seen significant improvements in search visibility, including a 46% increase in ranking keywords. As a result revenue has increased by 164% year on year and organic traffic to the website has increased by 849%.

Brief:

Interserve Learning and Employment wanted to improve organic rankings and user experience through optimised evergreen and creative content. This would allow them to increase organic traffic and enquiries as well as improve web engagement metrics across their key audiences.

What we did:

RDM created a content plan based on the user journey to ensure that content was provided at each stage and to assist with engagement. We also created content based on seasonal events such as Christmas and Exam Results to further increase online presence during peak times. Evergreen content was optimised based on keyword research and A/B testing.

The Results:

An increase in content on the Interserve website and social media channels lead to an uplift in social media presence and website visits. A blog created by us received 148 Facebook shares, 33 retweets and 14 LinkedIn shares. Content also included a paid Facebook competition which reached 2,618 people and received 1,108 engagements.

Social media targeted people who live near the showroom in order to encourage them to book a consultation, visit the showroom or the website.

We used social media adverts and boosted posts to reach HC Supplies’ local prospective customers through social media and prompt them to visit their showroom or website for more information.

The Results:
